Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be re-selling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site. Once you have submitted the information we will review and advise if you are approved.

Product Samples 

We do not ordinarily supply product samples free of charge. We may consider this option in the future.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order is $100 wholesale.

LEAD TIME FOR SOAP ORDERS

Due to the nature of cold process soap making (which involves a several-week period of "cure time"), I require a lead time of 4-6 weeks for every order involving soap that I do not already have fully in stock.

PAYMENT

We require 100% payment at the time of order.  Payment is accepted through PayPal (major credit cards accepted).

RESALE CERTIFICATE & TAX ID NUMBER

Prior to payment, please provide me with a copy of your resale certificate/number and/or tax ID number for my records.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS and will use the most safe and cost-effective option. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost which will be worked into the second payment before items are shipped. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. If you are local to the Austin area, we may be able to arrange a drop-off/pick-up.

 NATURE OF HANDMADE

As all of our products are handmade, each individual item may differ slightly in appearance, which lends to and enhances the character of the overall mix of products.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted on wholesale orders. If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please email me info@deeliciousscrubs.com within 3 days of receipt.
